1. Nature of Transactions
USDT and INR exchanges are executed on confirmed, rate-locked terms. Once a blockchain transaction is broadcast, it is irreversible and cannot be refunded.
2. Cancellation Before Execution
If you wish to cancel before funds have been transferred or USDT has been sent, contact us immediately on WhatsApp. Cancellation is possible only if the transaction has not yet been executed.
3. Failed or Incorrect Transactions
If a transaction fails due to an error on our side, we will re-process it or return the equivalent value. If funds are sent to an incorrect wallet address provided by you, we cannot recover them.
4. Overpayments
Any verified overpayment will be returned to the originating account/wallet, net of applicable network fees, within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Disputes
Raise any dispute within 48 hours of the transaction with your TXID and payment proof. We investigate every claim in good faith.
